The digital wireless host enables multi-point ringing and answering, establishing a wireless connection between the elevator and the property control room without the need for wiring or configuration. It supports seamless telephone connections between the elevator and maintenance companies, city emergency rescue systems, and elevator manufacturers' after-sales services. The host can use SIM cards (mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom) or IoT cards, with IoT cards providing perpetual service without interruption for 3-5 years of talk time, and backend operator services available annually.

The wireless host system supports callback to extension functions, allowing the control room host to directly call the elevator. If called back from a mobile phone or landline, the calling number will be displayed. Following voice prompts, the caller can dial the extension number (elevator number) and end with #, enabling landline or mobile phone callback to the specified elevator.

It supports web settings for 5 groups of emergency call numbers, supports calling landlines and mobile phones, supports round-robin calling, supports callback, and can customize soothing tones.
